I came across Specialty Mobile Systems after I had already booked with another company (Ultimate Logistics Inc.) and constantly given the run around about when they would pick up my car and deliver,or for that matter the lack of customer service that company has and the keeping of my $200.00 deposit. A lovely lady at Specialty Mobile Systems by the name of Dee was graciously helpful and made sure that me and my wife knew what was going on with the transport of my 1967 Corvair. Even when the truck broke down that was transporting my car and was a few days late Dee made sure she found out what was going on and had the gentleman call and let us know when we could expect him. All and all it was a pleasure to do business with Specialty Mobile Systems and I would gladly use them again in the future.
