Personnel were friendly and helpful and the price was reasonable. They were able to arrange vehicle shipping within 3 days of submitting order. I purchased this car over the internet and could not be at the pickup site. When the truck driver was unable to contact the car's previous owner on the pickup date both the trucker and Specialty called to inform me. I gave them the previous owner's email address and they were able to finally contact the previous owner to advise him that the trucker was en route. They took care of this potential problem with little involvement from me. The trucker was knowledgeable and experienced. I'd hire Specialty again.
