This is second time I've used specialty mobile, they were very nice and curteous both times, they were quick to resolve a dispute I had and actually offered a refund. Usually it takes a week or less from the time you place an order until the car is picked up and delivered, this includes weekends as well. I had special requests and they were very nice about accomodating them, such as specific tow points on the vehicle I wanted to use. Overall I had a pleasant experience and I'll continue to come back to them and reffer them in my future transportation needs.
