Due to insurance and transportation regulations only the actual carrier is permitted to buy insurance for vehicles being transported. This carrier had the insurance and is unwilling to settle the claim to the customers satisfaction. Therefore, we are no longer ultiizing this carrier and will support our customer in his claim against the carrier, and yes we will go with our customer to small claims court if need be to rectify this situation.
