We wanted a car moved from a friend in Maryland to us in Arkansas. Was very perplexed anc confused on this deal as found so many bad reviews. I ran on to Speciality Mobile Systems and they had "GOOD" reviews.
I called and conversed with Amy and she assured me I would have no trouble with the move and put my mind at ease in this respect after alot of looking on the Internet. She assured me there would be no problem.............and there was NOT.
The whole move between MD, Amy and Ar. was painless for us. It was handled in a very professionsl, efficient, calm, prompt and timely manner for us. Once the dates were selected and monies taken care of they worked between Md and us in Ar on picking up and delivering the car to us.
It was picked up on the specified date. We were called by the driver a day prior to getting here. We were contacted once again when he was 25 miles away. To make things easier for him we met him at the Flying J in our town as no problem and lots of room for him to unload the car.
The driver and his wife were very friendly and most courtious to us in getting the car off.
The whole move was just super from start to finish and Amy kept in contact with me both on the net and the phone with no problems at all for us.
I would HIGHLY recommend Speciality Mobile Systems to anyone on a car move.
The whole team there was just super to us. A hearty THANKS to all. You cannot find a better mover in my book.
