This is my 2nd time using Specialty Mobile. Like the 1st time, their customer service was friendly, helpful, and accomodating. The driver picked up and dropped off my vehicle ontime. He was extremely flexible in terms of pick up and drop off times. I wanted to keep my car with me in MN for as long as possible, and Specialty Mobile was able to find a drive to pick up as late into the week as possible. The driver also accomodated my schedule for delivering, as I wasn't able to be at home to receive my car until the evening. The driver also shipped my vehicle within 2 days. Overall, great experience and will use them again in the future.
