Overall good but some issues.

My overall experience with Specialty Mobile was good. A quote was sent to me within a few hours of my inquiry. Amy contacted me immediately after filling out the online form to verify all the information. Her conduct was very professional and she answered all of my questions and helped walk me through the whole process as this was my first time using a transport service.

The transport carrier was another story. I was not notified when the car was picked up from the seller. I was not given a 12-24 hour call ahead for delivery. Instead I received a call at work from the driver at 8:30am saying he would be in the area to drop the car off in about an hour and a half. I could not leave work or reach any of my backup people to receive the car. I was forced to have the car dropped with no-one to check it for damage. When I complained to the driver he said he didn't know he was supposed to call!

Fortunately the car was in good shape and was dropped off within the expected time frame. No issues there. Specialty apologized and agreed that his conduct was unacceptable. They are working with me on the matter. I would recommend using Specialty again but ask for a record of service about carrier being used.
