I have done a few auto transports in my life and Specialty Mobile has been superb and their customer service is literally unbelievable. I transported a Porsche 911 and Specialty Mobile was able to fit the pickup and delivery around my schedule. It seems that most transports have a few issues and this one was no exception, the only difference being that these people really care and they will go the extra mile to make sure they take care of their customers. This is a family business and the customer focused culture runs throughout the operation. Dealing with Don, Amy, Dee, and the rest of the team will make you feel that there are still good honest people out there. This sounds like a pretty soppy review, and I rarely post reviews, but it has just been a truly positive experience and I wanted to share it.
