Perfect move

From the start, Mobile Specialty Systems made this transaction as pleasent as they could. From the first phone call, all the information I needed to set-up and complete the transport was readily given by Mobile Specialty and by the transport company they used. The transport company used was Young's Transport Inc. out of Naples, Fla. The driver, Randy (sorry I don't remember his last name), met me at 8:00 a.m. on a Sunday morning a day earlier than planned. I agreed to meet him so he could schedule his next pickup earlier and complete the move quicker. We talked for an hour about how the move would go down, the estimated delivery date, and he basically put my mind at ease about the transportation of the car. Randy was polite, knowledgable, and acted professionally when dealing with the customer and the customer's car. The car left on Monday and arrived on Thursday a day earlier than planned, which didn't have a negative impact at the delivery destination. Being careful after reading about some of the transactions on this website, I took all precautions I could think of. Total mileage on the car, interior and exterior conditions, cleanliness of the driver, etc., and everything was perfect after the delivery.

I've never used a service like this before and did not have a clue as to what to expect. Doing the initial research on transport companies, reading some of the posts on this website, certainly didn't give me a warm fuzzy feeling that I was going to make the right decision on the company best suited for my purpose. In hindsite, I don't think I could have picked a better company to move my car as far as I needed. I can't think of one thing that I could suggest to improve any phase of the move. Mobile Specialty Systems and Young's Transport made this as painless as anyone could. I would not hesitate for a second to recommend or use them again.
