We were initially not happy with the communication from the company about assigning a carrier for our car. But later they assigned a carrier who picked up our car and delivered it earlier than we expected it. So, I would say overall we are happy with Speciality Mobile. I only wish they communicate more efficiently with the customer who: 1. Do not know the process very well 2. Are anxious and stressed out becuase of the 100 different things to look into during a move.
