just wanted to add to the steller customer service & reputation of this company-
i needed to ship a vehicle purchased through ebay, and the experience did not start off so good.
i originally placed a "pick up" order through: "Move On Time"....which turned out to be terrible. first off- i was totally new to this whole "shipping" industry....and was really unaware of how the system worked. after 3 weeks of my "order not being assigned to a carrier" i called Specialty Mobile Systems, and literally within 7 days, i had my order "assigned" and delivered to my door PERFECTLY.
their rates were awsome, and they kept great communication throughout the entire process. I would definately recommend, and will definately use them again in the future. I just wish i would have called them first!, but hey, we live and learn.
