We shipped our daughter's car back from Caifornia in early June. ( we also used Specialty to take the car out in March). The carrier was selected and pickup was on time, in a preselected secured local drop off lot. Since my daughter was not there for the pickup, we really did not know that the car was picked up until I called the drop lot myself. It would have been helpful if Specialty had called me to say that the car was picked up as planned. The carrier did not contact us until he was about a day's drive away. I called the carrier's dispatcher twice to get an approximate delivery date. Overall everything went off as estimated and planned. We took delivery in a local Walmart parking lot. Other than the cost increasing slightly due to diesel fuel cost increases since March, this was an overall good experience.
