good customer service - explained all details clearly and honestly. decent price of delivery, considering high gas prices during this time period. was accomodating for providing decent price for shipping my car back at the end of the summer. good delivery - ontime, no hassle, door to door. friendly driver - on time for pick up and drop off, kept me up to date on the whereabouts of my car, gave me choice of delivering to work or to home (dependent on delivery time), was extremely flexible about delivery time to accomodate my schedule.
