Specialty Mobile Systems was outstanding , I have used shipping companies for the past several years with relocations from the west coast to the east coast and back again and Specialty Mobile was the best I have experienced. I had made arrangements with two other firms canceling both after they missed the pickup dates by several days with no show and no calls. Specality Mobile was proactive in follow up and checking in on how things were going, I will only use them in the future. One negative point was that the contracted carrier was Pioneer Auto Express and even though they picked up exactly on time they were 4 days later then the latest promised date of delivery. I had to call the Carrier several times to get updates and they had no idea where my car was or when it would arrive and the Driver tried to insist on cash at the last minute after a Certified Check was agreed upon and cut. the Driver was difficult to deal with.rude and unreasonable.
