I recently moved to Michigan from CA. I had a 2005 BMW 330xi that I recently purchased. I was running a very tight schedule, so I had to ensure that it got there by a certain date. By recommendation of a friend, I called about one month in advance. I had told them my situation and the dates I desired, but when they secured a driver it was too early. They followed through and got the service for a later date. The day I was to have my car picked up, the actual driver told me that he would get it there by Friday. I wanted it on Sunday, and I explicitly told them this as well. After some readjustment on the spot, they were able to do it. They promised to get it there by Sunday-Monday, it got there late Weds night. It was late, but the dispatcher was very forthright in telling me the situation. The car was in perfect shape in it got to me.

Overall, I have to give it 4 stars for some of the scheduling difficulties and it's rather pricey. But I was very pleased taht it was in perfect condition when it got to me.
