The original pick-up was changed due to space availability which worked out well. The car arrived on the date as promised. The transporters were responsive to our needs since they were dealing with our college student on the other end and had to accomodate her class schedule and arrange for pick-up close to campus. Very professional and a sincere desire to satisfy the customer. I was able to prepay so my daughter didn't have to have a COD payment in hand. We might have paid a little higher than other quotes, but it was well worth it. We will be using them for the way home.
