Late pickup and delivery, but otherwise fine

The car was picked up almost a week late without having contacted me about why the car wasn't picked up on the scheduled date. I'm still not entirely sure why it had not been picked up on time. The car was delivered a little late after the late pickup, though this was because of flooding and they did call and did what they could to ensure the car arrived as soon as it could. I'd use them again if I had to move my car again, but next time I'll think I'll drive instead.
