We received a prompt, reasonably priced quote, for a door-to-door pick up. As stated in their Terms and Conditions, we did meet the trucker at a more convenient location as far as his being able to load the vehicle on his truck. However, it was within just a few miles of our "door." A lot of other companies were higher priced, and we would have had to travel 40-50 miles to one of their "associate" locations. The trucker assigned to deliver our vehicle was professional and the car was received in the same condition as when it left. Dee is an excellent customer service representative. I spoke with her a couple of times before the move; she called to verify that the vehicle was picked up timely; and she followed up to make sure that everything went smoothly and to our satisfaction. I would definitely recommend this company.
