We shipped to vehicles from Cincinnati, one to Phoenix, AZ, and the other to Bozeman, MT. We had never shipped a vehicle and were concerned about damage and long delays. Both drivers were professional and carefully pre-checked the vehicles for damage, one driver video tape the car. The drivers contact the receivers about 24 hours in advance scheduled meeting times and places and delivered the cars with no damage. Specialty Mobile Systems was honest about the benefit or lack thereof due to the different shipping rates.
