I am a dealer in southern California and ship a lot of vehicles with Specialty Mobile Systems. In fact this year we have done about 8 transportation moves with them and all of them went perfect. I have never seen such a lovely, caring, and devoted staff than SMS.
Before using SMS, I use to spend days calling and asking for quotes from different transportation companies. It was a big headache and very time consuming. I would end up getting a wrong quote for my vehicle and end up getting my vehicle at times 30-40 days since the day of my order. It was horrible.
Then I looked at this site and said I'll give SMS a shot. When I called I was amazed at the customer service, Don, Dee, and Corry all treated me with care. They know a lot about the transporation business and know how to quote your vehicle right to get it to your vehicle moved asap. I was amazed when I got my first vehicle with them in timely fashion. I have been working with them since then and continue work with them more.
Give them a shot too, I am sure you will be treated just as I did, it's a easy way to get your vehicle moved without the headaches, they do the work for you. I highly recommend this company.
