Good quotation system on-line. Received quote by e-mail, had to give a call to walk through the estimate. Pickup was prompt, on the first day of the window, waited a couple of hours for the driver to arrive. I changed the billing to pre-pay whilst car was in transit, and this was handled well. Received a call to drop-off one day earlier than window, and this worked better for me. Had to wait for the invoice and send a couple of reminder e-mails. Service was always courteous and professional. All in all, a very pleasant and positive experience. Congratulations and thanks to the team at Specialty Mobile System.
