We were repeat customers. Last year we had used the Company to bring our son's pick-up truck from Malibu, CA to Atlanta, GA (we had shipped it there FEDEX but that company no longer ships on open carriers and the price for the enclosed was too high). This month our daughter was headed to Oregon, so we checked prices and found Specialty to be right in the mix. Based on our good experience with the CA shipment, we felt very comfortable using them again for a cross-country move.

For this move, we did however opt to pay via credit card but felt the extra cost to do so was worth the piece of mind knowing our daughter would not have to bother with trying to deal with that on her end.

The Company's service folks are helpful and friendly and are very customer oriented. Both of the carriers that were used to move our vehicles did so without damage and within the prescribed time tables. This was especially important since for each of these moves either the pick-up date or delivery date was in a short window of days and HAD to be met. We were not disappointed.

I am not hesitant about recommending them and appreciate those that recommended them before me on this site - -
