I have moved a few cars in the last couple of years and this time I was overly concerned with the move of my wifes new car. I had obstacles to overcome that only a couple of companies promised to work around and none made me feel as comfortable as Don & Rachael. This company is the most professional of any service I have worked with in a long time. The driver (Scott & Sarah) called a day before picking up the car to varify the time and location and contacted me a couple of times during the trip just to give me updates. My wife had to fly down to Florida to complete the purchase transaction and met Scott and Sarah and called me after they left with the car just to tell me how professional and polite they were. When I met them to pick up the car I could not believe how clean the truck and trailer was both inside and out which I take as a sign of a professional who takes his work seriously. Very simply put, I am about as picky as they come and all I can say is USE THIS COMPANY! Thank you to the SMS team.
