Got a quote and signed up for service from Naples to Asheville on April 19, 2010 with pick-up no later that May 13, 2010. Micheal in the office advised that they needed a window of May 9-12 for pick-up. She would cal when it was firm. They never called. In response to several telephone calls they finally admitted after the widow had expired that they did not have us scheduled and they were waiting for an available driver. They do not have any provisions for a drop-off or a pick-up service so they just left us stranded with how to get our car back to North Carolina. I would recommend you not trust or use this company.
