This is the first time we used Southern Belles Auto Shipping and we would use them again. From the very first contact, Kathy was very professional and courteous. She explained in great detail the entire process and followed up on her promises. We already had a pick up date scheduled but due to a mechanical problem with our Alfa Romeo Spider we had to cancel the pick-up at the last moment. Kathy was very understanding and wonderful to deal with regarding our situation. There was a very small processing cancellation fee of $20.00, and Kathy put on hold our order until the car was fixed and ready. It took couple of weeks for us to get the car ready and of course in driving condition because we were sending our Alfa to our daughter and her husband. When I contacted Kathy again to schedule the pick-up she was able to schedule it within couple of days (we were going out of town, and wanted to ship it before we left.) The transporter was A Unique Transport and we were also very happy with them because Mike and his staff kept us well informed about the pick-up date and time. The driver was courteous and professional as well. The pick up an delivery was door to door, and it took 7 days. The car was delivered to our son in law. There were no problems with the delivery, the car had no damage or scratches. As stated above, Kathy was extremely helpful and understanding when we had to cancel the first scheduled pick-up, and for the second pick-up she made it work for us, and of course kept us also informed during the transport.
