The original pickup date was August 15, 2012. We kept waiting on the day of pickup but have never received any call from the transpport company or agent any schedule change. We called the the transport company but no answer from a live person or even on the left message on the voice message. The morning of next day (8/16) was the same and we became desperate because we need to leave the afternoon and evacuate the house for closing. Finally the driver called right before noon to confirm the pickup time around noon. From then on, everything moved smoothly and the driver is very couteous. The car was delivered on time. Generally we are very satisfied with the car transport but the communication needs to be improved to keep the customer posted for any schedule changes. This is the reason I give the overall rating one notch below the excellent.
