Worst Experience EVER! Do NOT waste your time!

I was contacted over and over by this company when I put a bid to transport my SUV from Miami Beach to Pittsburgh. I was contacted by Iris there. She sent me a contract for $675.00 which was on Monday, April 23rd, she said we can get drivers on it. I explained I needed it by the end of the week. She said it was no problem. On Tuesday, April 24th I called her from the morning to find out what was going on. She didn’t answer but texted me 12:53 PM eastern to tell me she was on the phone with the driver and would call me right back. At 3:49 PM I texted her and said I still haven’t heard from you. It’s been over two hours. She called me back. She said we can get it picked up but the soonest would be Thursday. I said that’s fine and she assured me she would call me with a window.I called her Thursday and she apologized but there were no trucks still confirmed but she could assure me on Monday. I said well then I’m not going to have enough time to go to Pittsburgh so could she please move the drop off location at my moms in New Jersey and said no problem and the price wouldn’t change. So I called my friends and had them ready to be there on Monday, April 30th. I started calling Iris all morning on here (917) phone number and then also called through the main number where I reached a gentleman there and he said she is out to lunch and said she will be back in 22 mins and have her call you right away. She never called.So when i called back in that afternoon I spoke to Nicole. I spoke to her and she said she will take care of it and have it picked up Tomorrow Tuesday May, 1st. So then my friend again takes off of work and waits at home all throughout the day. I called Iris and nicole all day Tuesday. Both are telling me they are coming they are just trying to find out when in que I am because I have a large SUV they will load afternoon. Finally nothing happened and texted here at 6:30 PM she explain it will have to be tomorrow because there are already 3 large SUV’s on that one and I was furious and wanted the owners contact information. She then texts me back and says the issues is where my mom lives is 87 miles from their main hub and I said that’s fine I’ll drive and have it picked up in Philly or where ever. She calls back and says they will pick up tomorrow. Needless to say no phone calls or pick up of my vehicle. So I Am out time, plane tickets to Pittsburgh and just over all extremely unprofessional that I had to track them down over and over and over again. Don’t waste your time and effort with these people.. not once did a manager intervein, or owner call back, no compensation or extra efforts were offered. With this company, it’s lots of promises and NO DELIVERY and in a business where pick up and delivery is their business, they are obviously in the wrong line of work!
