Our truck broke down in Gallup NM. On Sunday July 2nd, and it being the 4th of July, we where stuck in NM. On July 5th I went online and requested an Auto Transport, South Beach Transport was the first to respond, Manny Carbrera call me soon after, He promised he could have our truck loaded and on the way to California, before July 12th. I had to be in Tulsa for business, and would meet the carrier in California. On the date the carrier was suppose to pick up our truck, Manny call and tells me the carrier canceled. OK... STUFF HAPPENS... So we agreed to try again, Manny (SBT) set it up, The truck in Gallup NM will be picked up on July17, and it will be in California on July 21. On July 19 South Beach Transport hit my bank account for $205. And my truck was still in NM... On the 20th South Beach Transport FINNLEY returned my call with more excesses why my truck was still in NM. And refuses to refund my money... I ended up renting a truck and car trailer and went and got my truck, We have had trucks transported before... this was the worst Company we have ever used... AND THEY STILL HAVE NOT REFUNDED MY MONEY..
