Manny was my sales rep who handled my situation with professionalism and excellent communication. For starters, I appreciated the fact that he tuned into my directives helping me feel comfortable with the transport of my pride and joy silver Mbz E-350, my “baby”. Even though the 1st driver appointed didn’t work out, Manny’s follow-through provided me with a great driver, Steve. I got what I requested: enclosed transport, good communicator-driver with on time performance and a highly responsible individual who would treat my car with the utmost care. I believe in tipping for outstanding service which Steve deserved and received. Manny offered competitive pricing with outstanding service. It was important to me that he stood by the agreed-upon quote given, which he did. A lot of other transports do not. I was not charged anything until my car was safely delivered and inspected. A great experience, would highly recommend Manny at South Beach Transport.
