I was given Mr Ratto's contact information from my boss who dealt with him a couple months ago. This was the first time I have ever had a vehicle shipped so I had a lot of questions and was completely nervous since I bought the vehicle online and never saw it. mr Ratto did a phenomenal job with getting me all information needed along with communicating and ensuring I was at ease and not stressed out. He went above and beyond his job description to ensure I had all pertainent information. He knows his job and has excellent customer service skills while maintaining professionalism. He was able to lock on a driver before the end of the weekend and had my vehicle at my door in less than 24 hours from time of pickup. I was blown away and kept me in the loop with all up to date I formation with location of vehicle and what needed to be done on my end. It was painless and stress free. Will be using him in the future and will recommend all futute friends family and do workers to South Beach Transport along with any future needs I may have while being on active duty.
