Selecting a company to transport a Tacoma cross-country was not an easy process. Lots of mumbo jumbo, pushy to ambivalent sales people and a fairly tight range of pricing were part of the mix. After reviewing about 15 quotes, two or three companies stood out from the rest. The confusing part was that a couple of companies that came from personal recommendations weren't that impressive.

In the end, I selected South Beach Transport primarily for the confidence and trust I developed in Manny Cabrera after just a few short conversations. SBT had also been the go to company for eBay motors which from a quality standpoint is a good endorsement. Manny knows his business and tells it straight - what he can do and what he can't. Manny even had a carrier lined up before the paperwork was completed and signed. Furthermore, no upfront deposit spoke loudly about how confident SBT was in their and their carrier's ability to perform. No payment whatsoever until delivery is a unique attribute of SBT.

The carrier Manny selected was great. Taurus Auto Group (Nick) was punctual & careful and drove a really nice rig with all the sophisticated hydraulics for tucking the vehicles in tight. No doubt South Beach Transport and Taurus Auto Group are the folks I'd call again should the need arise to move a vehicle.
