Alex contacted me initially via text message which is good for my VERY busy daytime schedule. He responded PROMPTLY to my text message reply. He initially gave me information on how to check the scams that are SADLY often done in the HIGHLY competitive transportation industry. He also advised me to check NOT ONLY the reviews but also the BBB ratings of the transport company. Most companies were NOT BBB accredited. South Beach Transport IS BBB Accredited. I paid just a slight bit more than several of the other offers but not one time was I told "there is a problem" OR "we're going to need more money" which I saw a CONSIDERABLE number of reviews where that happened to people. :-( It can be a nerve wrecking experience buying a car physically unseen but by seller reputation and just as hair raising to ship it across the country by someone COMPLETELY unknown. Alex & South Beach Transport made my purchased 22 year old car a dream come true all the way around. The drivers contacted me as promised to give me updates and even with doing a minor drop off point adjustment they arrived around the advised time frame. They treated my car VERY carefully and I saw they were doing the same repositioning the other vehicles to be delivered. I am a long time car enthusiast forum member and South Beach Transport will get my HIGHEST RECOMMENDATIONS anytime one of the other members in the Southeast or anywhere else needs to have a vehicle transported! ;-D
