jim did what he said he would do and made frequent updates as to the status of my vehicle.
after the vehicle pick up, holder transport was in direct contact with me so I knew when and where my vehicle was on an ongoing basis.
I was given ample time to meet the transport, on the day of delivery, and the unloading went quick and trouble free.
