Manny instilled confidence in us because we had not shipped a car before. He was patient, very understanding, and most personable. We priced with other brokers, as well as South Beach Transport, but his price was one of the best. We actually chose South Beach because of Manny. He also connected with us every step of the way to make sure everything was OK. We will definitely use this company again because we still have another vehicle to ship.

The actual carrier of the vehicle was also good and very thorough. They went over the car with a fine tooth comb to make sure everything was noted. Much to our surprise they were able to deliver to our daughter's front door in downtown Seattle. On time and no glitches.
