I originally scheduled the pickup for Monday, Dec. 1. On the previous Saturday morning I received a call from my contact person asking if I could have the vehicle ready for pickup by 5 p.m. that day. I blew my top because I had nothing ready to be packed in the car when it was shipped. However, I did have the car ready by 5 p.m. About 3 p.m. they called again and told me the pickup would be around 6:30 p.m. Then at 6:30 I was told it was too dark to pick up the car and that they would pick it up the next morning. It was finally picked up at 10:30 on Sunday morning. From then on all went well. The car was delivered on Wednesday about 5 p.m. in good shape. The price I paid was what I had expected, based on the experiences of my friends who regularly ship their cars between New Jersey and Florida.
