The deal was all set in stone, waiting for the company to call me back, they never did, I made all of the calls. We signed up with them on the 9th and was supposed to have the car picked up on the 18th or the 19th. I finally called on the 17th because I had not heard anything and was told by Loren that she had good news and bad news for me, the good news was that they could get the vehicle picked up on Thursday the 19th, however the bad news was that it would cost me an extra $155.00 due to my location Clermont, Florida being as she said no mans land and very remote. We are a bedroom community of Orlando, twelve miles from WDW. She then went on to say that they were going to have to transport it all the way across the country from one corner to the other and she did not realizethis at the time because she was new.I told her that she knew this from the beginning and she said she did not realize it at the time. I would never use them and would highly recommend others not to use them either. I was warned by more that one that this is the typical bait and switch that this company is famous for.
