Due to my ignorance of the technology involved in getting information to the transport company from my smart phone, I finally had to wait until I was at a computer to do so. Things went well after that. Kevin was very patient and helpful. His follow-up was great in getting the pick-up sooner than the driver had promised. The move was quick and easy.
