We were shipping an old classic truck from Washington to Nevada and quite nervous about the broker/delivery system and the idea of trusting unknown people to handle the treasured vehicle. Turns out we had an excellent experience. The broker was friendly, not intimidating, clear in his instructions and true to his word. The whole process went just as he had described it would. The driver did an outstanding job of coordinating with all parties. He deftly completed the loading of this awkward truck in a very difficult pick up location, inspiring our confidence. Then he was quick and decisive in his delivery. He kept me notified of his progress the whole way - communication from start to finish.
overall - we are so very pleased.
