Never having to transport a car across States, I found it an overwhelming and scary process by submitting a request on line. As I rec'd numerous e-mails that felt scripted, one stood out that I called back - Robert at Southbeach. I explained that I had never shipped a car before and he did not try to win my business, instead he let me know what to avoid with carriers and was so honest and upfront that I gave him the job. I am so glad I did. He was working with a tight time schedule for me and constantly contacted me to update me on the progress he was making. He also could not find a carrier for the cost he had originally quoted and was willing to take the difference out of his fee. If ever anyone needs to ship a car - I would highly recommend the company and hope that you get Robert on the phone. What a great guy! Thanks Robert!
