First of all, this was the first time I've ever had a vehicle transported by someone other than a friend or family member. I was a little nervous and wasn't really sure where to start. The first company I contacted quoted me an absolutely outrageous price and I was very discouraged. I decided to try one more company to see if this was the normal for this kind of service. That's when I found South Beach Transport. From the very beginning they made me feel at ease and assured me that there was nothing to be worried about. Their price was MUCH more reasonable. They were very patient and answered the same questions multiple times, very reassuring. They walked me through the whole process, at least twice, probably three times. I wanted to make sure I understood every detail, and they never made me feel stupid for it. The pick-up was right on time, as was the delivery. Car was in perfect condition. I don't have a single complaint. They were courteous, patient and professional from beginning to end. If I ever have need to transport another vehicle I won't hesitate to use them again. Great first time experience.
