I'm a Navy mom in CA and have never transported a vehicle. My son is in the Nuclear Naval Power Training Academy in Goose Creek, South Carolina. I was very nervous at shipping his truck to him - something I had never done. Reading scare tactics from other Brokers, I was a hard sale. Joe Ortega at South Beach Transport eased all those fears with respect & patience - answering all my questions. This company has integrity - which you don't see too much of anymore. Navy delivery is a little more in depth but, Joe communicated clearly to the driver, Chris, and in 7 days and my son was elated to receive his truck. I live in a court and he was ready and waiting on the street outside. And at the Navy base, he met my son off-base across from the entrance to the base. Driver was awesome too! You know, getting quotes from 900.00 - 1750.00, the avg. was 1250 - this was 1050 total. No up front cost. Broker paid by credit card after delivery 199.00 and driver of Johnson Trucking with a Cashiers check 950.00. Thank you South Beach Transport!!! And a special thank you to Joe & Chris!
