I was working with someone called Jack Williams. He was very hard to contact. He would often respond only after a full day later. I'd get emails from him saying he found a driver and I would respond immediately. Only after 1-2 days passed would he respond saying the driver is unavailable anymore. These people wasted weeks of my time to never ship. Even worse, they would not let me cancel the listing and I had to restore to reporting them to the DOT. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Only use "gold service" companies listed on here.
