Dear Sam, thank you for reaching out. We are so sorry to let you down. Unfortunately, we were not able to locate a driver for the original price due to the assigned driver's last-minute cancellation. The option we gave you was the only one available, we apologize for not meeting your requirements. We want to assure you that we did our best to negotiate the price. We have to admit it is quite higher than the rate quoted, but since it was a last-minute booking some drivers request upper payment. We hope for your understanding.
