Dear Joe, please accept our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience caused. We want to assure you that we did our best to negotiate the price and talk the driver down so he could make a discount for us. Unfortunately, the price offered was the final one. As an auto transport broker, we provide a quote for the amount we believe it will take to ship your vehicle. This quote is based on thousands of similar shipments. Our services are to arrange transport for the customer's requested route. This means we'll negotiate on the customer's behalf with a huge network of carriers and work with them to service your specific route. We are sorry that the approximate quote ended up being more expensive than expected. As per our system, the car was delivered safe and sound. We hope for your understanding!
