Overall good experience w/ Sonic. Lennard Braun was communicative and great. We had one unforeseen hiccup which was that we were quoted one rate and then the driver's truck broke down, so we had to wait for another driver and the rate ended up going up. Lennard did everything to negotiate down, but ultimately we paid more than we were planning to. In the end, the (new) truck driver was wonderful and the car was picked up and delivered flawlessly.
