I worked with Joseph Turner and had a great experience. I had a short timeframe to get my sons car picked up, and not only did he commit to that window, he did not charge me more like other companies were quoting me . The actual driver did a great job of communicating with us and got the car here in a timely fashion (2 days from San Antonio, TX to Scottsdale, AZ). I would DEFINITELY use Sonic again. I have shipped 6 cars now and this was the best one I have ever worked with!
