Dear Debra, thank you for your prompt feedback. We are sorry to hear about the negative experience working with us and the carrier company assigned. Luckily, each carrier company we work with has valid insurance. All you need to do is to make a couple of estimates in a local workshop and then submit a claim to the insurance company.
