Dear Myrna,
We apologize for such an inconvenience with the price change. As per our records, we had to increase the price in order to find a driver due to the assigned driver's cancellation. This is definitely not the kind of service we'd like to provide, but our shipping agents must offer your all the available options. If you don't accept them - nothing is going to be charged, no penalties applied. We do care about our customers and always try to find solutions to the most difficult issues. We hope that with time you give us another chance to prove our company's good name! Happy holidays!
