I needed to transport a SUV that I bought in Madison, OH to Dallas, TX and the initial quote was much lower than actual cost. They misquoted but then I started working with Jake and he tried to find me something closer to original quote but was not able. He tried and then I agree to bring the SUV with him. He had great customer service skills and kept me informed after I engaged him. The vehicle arrived in great conditions at the time they said they would. I would work with them again
