So I had to move my daughter to college which was about 1000 mile drive from where we live in Virginia so I took the chance to put my information out there looking for someone to ship her vehicle.
Of course that we’re over 20 companies that were trying to get me but I must say that once I spoke to Sylvia at sonic auto transportation, she reassured me that she would take care of my move from beginning to end.
Now I am a review person and I read some ups and downs on company, and YES they all have their doubt stories.
But for me personally, I took the chance.
I have to say that speaking to Sylvia, at every moment where I had doubt, she had reassurance from me and the company that Was sent to pick up my daughters jeep was on time
the driver did the inspection around the vehicle, he sent me the layout of the travel information and we flew to my daughters college and he was there in the university parking lot waiting for us.
He pulled the vehicle out and made sure we walked around the vehicle and it was just fine
I have to say thank you to sonic auto transportation for making this move smoothly and I will definitely use them again
